  3.                            LICENSING AGREEMENT

  6. LICENSE AGREEMENT        DLA For Windows
  7.  
  8. (1) DLA For Windows is a shareware software package.  It is not free, and it
  9. is not in the public domain.  It is distributed as shareware, which means that
  10. before you pay for the package, you may try it and see if you want to continue
  11. using it.  You may use DLA For Windows free for a trial period of up to 31 days.
  12. If you wish to continue using DLA For Windows after that period, you must pay 
  13. a registration fee. If you choose not to pay the registration fee, you must 
  14. stop using DLA For Windows, though you are still free to keep copies and pass
  15. them along to others.

  17. (2) You may copy DLA For Windows for backup purposes, and you may give copies
  18. of the unregistered version to other individuals, which they may also use and
  19. copy under the terms of this agreement.  If you copy the unregistered version
  20. of DLA For Windows for others, you must include all of the files distributed
  21. with it.

  23. (3) You may NOT give, sell, or otherwise transfer copies of the registered
  24. version of DLA For Windows to any other person for any reason.  However, 
  25. you may transfer ownership of your registered copy to another person, provided
  26. that when you do so, you stop using DLA For Windows, remove it from your 
  27. computer, and notify Xidicone Pty Ltd of the new owner.

  29. (4) You may NOT distribute DLA For Windows other than through individual
  30. copies of the shareware archive passed to friends and associates for their 
  31. individual use and distribution by electronic means where no profit is 
  32. intended specific to DLA For Windows. Specifically, you may not place any part
  33. of the REGISTERED DLA For Windows package in any user group or commercial 
  34. library without written permission from Xidicone Pty Ltd, and you may not 
  35. distribute for a fee, or in any way sell copies of DLA For Windows or any 
  36. part of the DLA For Windows package.

  38. (5) You assume full responsibility for the selection and use of DLA For Windows
  39. to achieve your intended results; in no event shall Xidicone Pty Ltd be 
  40. responsible for any damages whatsoever due to errors in usage or your failure
  41. to read, understand, or follow instructions in the documentation.  
  42. Xidicone Pty Ltd limits its warranty to replacement of a defective program
  43. diskette or manual.

  45. (6) Like all useful computer software, DLA For Windows may contain errors in
  46. programs or documentation.  If you find such an error or are otherwise
  47. dissatisfied with a registered copy of DLA For Windows, you may return the
  48. entire package at any time up to 30 days after purchase for a full refund
  49. of your original registration fee; such a refund shall be your sole remedy
  50. for any program error(s).  Xidicone Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any other
  51. costs incurred by you due to such errors.

  53. (7) If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you do not have
  54. permission from the copyright holder(s) to use DLA For Windows, and you must 
  55. stop using it and remove it from your computer.

  57. Except as expressly licensed by Xidicone Pty Ltd, we have and reserve the 
  58. exclusive copyright and all other rights, title and interest to distribute 
  59. this program.
